These terms apply to the Mountain View RP Discord bot and dashboard operated by Robin Squared Studios for the Mountain View RP community. By using the bot, dashboard, Discord activity, or related roleplay systems, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16+ to use the dashboard or bot. You also need a Discord account in good standing and must follow Discord's own rules.
Community Use
The bot and dashboard support roleplay systems such as characters, RP Session messages, properties, businesses, jobs, economy records, applications, weather, time, and news. You are responsible for the content you submit through those systems.
Community staff and administrators may moderate, edit, approve, deny, archive, or remove RP content, character data, avatars, property records, shop records, employment records, economy entries, and related gameplay data where needed for community safety, rules, or game integrity.
Discord And Staff Rules
You must follow Discord's Terms, Discord's Community Guidelines, and the Mountain View RP community rules. Staff/admin decisions are authoritative for gameplay systems, approvals, moderation, access, and disputes.
Availability And Changes
The bot and dashboard are provided as-is. Robin Squared Studios does not guarantee uptime, data permanence, uninterrupted access, webhook delivery, Discord availability, economy/property outcomes, or that every feature will keep working exactly the same way over time.
